Priority WhatsApp support is included, so you're never waiting days for a response. This package is for business owners who are serious about growth, understand that social media is a long-term asset, and want it done properly.

What You Provide:
► Regular raw photo and video content (phone footage is absolutely fine - volume matters more than studio quality at this level);
► Brand assets: logo, colours, fonts, and any brand guidelines you have;
► Access to both social media accounts via Meta Business Manager;
► A monthly 30-minute strategy call (booked in advance);
► Content approval within 48 hours of submission
► Prompt responses to DMs and leads - I bring the enquiries, you close them.

What I Guarantee:

What I Cannot Guarantee:

• Specific revenue figures, guaranteed sales numbers, or a set number of inbound leads per month. While this package is designed to generate consistent, high quality inbound interest, conversion into sales also depends on your response speed, pricing, service quality, and market conditions - all of which are outside our direct control. No ethical marketing agency can guarantee specific financial outcomes.

within 60–90 days when assets and approvals are provided consistently.

A 3-month minimum commitment applies. 30 days' written notice required to cancel after the initial term.

Step 2: Onboarding Questionnaire
You complete our detailed questionnaire (included in this document). The more detail you give us, the better your strategy will be.

Step 3: Agreement
Service Agreement sent for signature.

Step 4: Full Strategy Document
Within 5 business days, I deliver your complete Social Media Strategy: content pillars, tone of voice, competitor analysis, posting schedule, and a 30-day content framework.

Step 6: Brand & Content Assets
Share all assets via email, WhatApp, Google Drive or Dropbox - photos, videos, logo, fonts, brand guidelines.

Step 7: Content Calendar Delivery
Within 5 business days of receiving assets, your first full monthly content calendar is delivered for approval.

Step 8: Launch & Active Management
We go live. Posts, Reels, and Stories scheduled and published. Community management begins. Monthly strategy call booked.
