How quickly will I see results?
Social media growth takes consistency over time. Most clients see meaningful improvements in engagement within 4-6 weeks. Consistent enquiries and leads typically flow from month 2-3 as the strategy builds momentum. This is exactly why I require a minimum 3-month commitment to give the strategy time to deliver measurable results.
Is graphic design included in your packages?
Yes - graphic design is included in all three monthly management packages (Starter, Growth, and Premium). You do not pay extra for post designs. This is intentional - your content needs to look professional, and that shouldn't be an optional extra.
What is the £195 onboarding fee for?
The one-time onboarding fee of £195 covers: account review, competitor check, strategy preparation, access setup, onboarding call, workflow setup, and content direction planning. This is the foundation that makes everything else work. It is waived for clients who commit to 6 months upfront.
What is the minimum commitment?
All monthly retainer packages require a minimum 3 month commitment. After the initial term, you continue on a rolling monthly basis with 30 days' written notice to cancel.
Do you include video editing for Reels?
Reel concepts (idea and script direction) are included in Growth and Premium packages. Full video editing from raw footage is not included in retainer packages, it is quoted separately if needed. Reel editing is available as a standalone service, see our Instant Services page for current pricing.
What if I'm not happy with the content?
Each package includes 1 revision per post. Feedback helps me refine the strategy and better match your brand voice over time. The first few months are a learning curve as I get to know your business deeply. I'm always open to your input.
What do I need to provide to get started?
For management packages you'll need to provide: your logo, brand colours and fonts (if you have them), your service list and prices, business photos, current offers and promotions, and access to your social media accounts via Meta Business Manager. I take care of everything else strategy, design, copy, scheduling.
Do you write the captions?
Yes, entirely. Every caption is written by me in your brand voice, designed to attract engagement and drive enquiries. You'll receive all content for approval before anything goes live. Nothing is posted without your sign-off.
How does content approval work?
I send you all planned content in advance, usually a full monthly plan with designs and captions. You have 48 hours to approve or request changes. 1 revision per post is included. Timely approval keeps the content calendar on schedule.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
I am Sole Trader I do not add VAT to my prices.
How does Meta Ads management work?
My Meta Ads management fee covers setting up, running, and optimising your paid campaigns. The ad spend, the money that goes to Meta to show your ads to people, is paid directly by you to Meta. This is standard industry practice and means your advertising budget is always fully in your control.
